Common contact reasons

I need help with a task.

Send the task date, task category, location city, and a description of the issue. If the task is active, also check your open task or my jobs page for current status updates.

I need help with a payment or payout.

Include the task reference, the amount in question, the date of the transaction, and whether you are contacting TaskMint as the customer or worker.

I need to report a safety concern.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first. For non-emergency reports, provide the task details, names involved, screenshots if available, and a clear description of what happened.

I need to open or follow up on a dispute.

Use the dispute center when available. You may also contact support with the task reference, what happened, what resolution you are requesting, and any supporting information.
