TaskMint is a platform designed to help customers post local tasks and connect with workers who may submit quotes for those tasks. TaskMint may collect information to operate the platform, support accounts, process task activity, support payments and payouts, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and improve services.

2. Information We Collect
Account Information
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, account type, login information, profile information, service preferences, profile photos, worker profile details, customer profile details, and other information provided during signup or account use.
Task and Quote Information
We may collect task descriptions, task categories, dates, times, locations, photos, quotes, accepted job details, customer instructions, worker responses, task status updates, cancellation information, arrival code activity, completion records, reviews, ratings, and dispute details.
Messages and Communications
We may collect messages sent through TaskMint, support requests, email communications, reports, dispute submissions, attachments, screenshots, and other information users submit when contacting TaskMint or communicating through the platform.
Payment and Payout Information
TaskMint may collect payment-related records, transaction status, payout status, service fees, refund information, cancellation fee information, and related payment metadata. Payment card details may be processed by third-party payment processors. TaskMint should not be sent full payment card numbers through contact forms, messages, or support requests.
Device, Usage, and Technical Information
We may collect IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app activity, pages viewed, links clicked, error logs, authentication activity, approximate location, timestamps, and other technical information needed for security, troubleshooting, analytics, and platform operations.
Worker Verification and Safety Information

4. How We Share Information
TaskMint may share information when needed to operate the platform, complete task activity, support payments, respond to disputes, comply with law, or protect users and TaskMint.
With Customers and Workers
Task-related information may be shared between customers and workers as needed to quote, accept, schedule, perform, track, complete, review, dispute, or support a task. This may include names, profile details, ratings, reviews, service details, task information, messages, job status, and location details as allowed by the platform.
With Service Providers
TaskMint may share information with vendors that help provide hosting, authentication, database services, payment processing, email, messaging, analytics, security, storage, customer support, maps, location tools, worker verification, or other platform services.
For Legal, Safety, or Business Reasons
TaskMint may share information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, government requests, law enforcement requests, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety reviews, enforcement of terms, business transfers, insurance, accounting, tax, or other legitimate business needs.
5. Payments and Payouts
TaskMint may use third-party payment processors to handle customer payments, worker payouts, platform fees, refunds, cancellation charges, and related transactions. Payment processors may collect and process financial information under their own terms and privacy policies.
TaskMint may receive limited payment metadata, including transaction identifiers, payment status, payout status, fee information, refund status, and other information needed to operate the platform.
6. Location Information
TaskMint may collect task addresses, service locations, city and state information, approximate location information, and map-related details to help customers post tasks and workers review opportunities. Exact task addresses may be limited before a task is accepted or before the job date, depending on platform settings.
Users are responsible for making safe decisions about where to meet, whether to accept a job, whether to enter a property, and whether to continue with a task.
7. Safety, Reports, and Disputes
TaskMint may collect and review reports, disputes, messages, photos, screenshots, ratings, reviews, profile information, task information, payment records, and user history when evaluating safety concerns, misconduct allegations, payment issues, cancellations, platform violations, fraud concerns, or support requests.
TaskMint is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat, injury, crime, medical emergency, or urgent safety issue, users should contact 911 or local emergency services first.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also be able to update certain account information directly through your TaskMint account.
Some information may be retained when needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment, payout, business record, or platform enforcement reasons.

TaskMint may use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no website, app, database, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
TaskMint may retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, enforce policies, prevent fraud, support payments and payouts, and protect TaskMint and users.
10. Children
TaskMint is not intended for children under 18. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post tasks, send quotes, accept work, request services, or otherwise use the TaskMint platform.

TaskMint may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, map services, email providers, analytics tools, app stores, and support tools. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms. TaskMint is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
